A Walk… and A Gift

In my life as a breatharian ( sustaining life on energy not physical foods) it was hard to transition back to eating more foods while having a child. My unborn may need more nutrients of a 3D quality for now, until otherwise instructed. I do have to eat kind of small because my stomach is still adjusting, I get a lot of symptoms. The other day though, it just goes to show when the greeter sent a message to his messenger about how even the birds are taken care of and fed, Matthew 6:26 says, 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one [a]cubit to his [b]stature?

Just the other day, I went for a walk in the forest for some walking meditation. And it was then that I feel a little weak and needed some extra energy from some nutrients. When I looked over to the left, it was a whole field of wild raspberries. I had never seen that before in all of this time that I have lived there in the area. I thought surely this is a gift. So I had collected some and ate them. I didn’t want to take too many, only just a handful, as I know that they were for the birds and animals too. What miracle, has it picked the right up in my energy after eating them.

Raspberries are said to be the healthiest foods! New areas of research says that they fight obesity. Although this research is in its early stages, scientists now know that metabolism in our fat cells can be increased by phytonutrients found in raspberries, called ketones that are able to decrease the risk of obesity, as well as risk of fatty liver. The total capacity is greater in antioxidant capacity associated with the greater levels of total phenols and total anthocyanins found in organic versus non-organic raspberries.I was lucky that I found organic! You’ll get more antioxidant support in raspberries that are fully ripe though.

So your best bet in getting optimal antioxidant benefits from raspberries. Not only this, but get this, they also have Anti-cancer benefits due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In studies involving different cancers, raspberries have been shown to play an important role in eliminating toxins produced in the body related to stress. Their nutrients also reduce inflammation, and slow the reproduction of cancer cells. The anti-cancer benefits of raspberries may extend beyond their basic properties though.

Raspberries also may be able to alter the signals that are sent to potential cancer cells. This could prevent potential cells from becoming cancer at all. Wow! And here I was, blessed to find this superfood… just while our for a walk! Heaven surely does provide indeed! There’s nothing more beautiful than being in nature with the Source, the animals, and natural life sustaining food!

Disclaimer: Be sure to research, when finding berries, roots or other edibles in nature. Some plants that may look as if they are safe to eat, really may not be. There are many species that resemble one another of a toxic level. Don’t eat anything without researching first. I only knew what they were because I had grown up finding them.
