Nature’s Magical Corner- Matcha Tea

“I still like to keep up on some enjoyable things that I like in my day, such as teatime. I do want to make sure that anything and everything that I do adds to my health.“- Alura Cein

I know that many of you already know the great benefits of tea. However, there are so many different types of tea, and all of them have a different property depending on what kind of herb is in the tea it’s self. I don’t take herbal supplements, but I do like a good cup of coffee or tea. It has been said that coffee wasn’t good for people but I have also found some health benefits in coffee as well, which you can read more about here.

Even though Matcha tea has become something of a trend, it would not be “Nature’s Magical Corner” here at Spiritually Awkward Magazine…if we didn’t add it here.

Matcha’s Benefits

I’m all about boosting immunity because as many people know, I don’t usually attend the physicians office except for a rare check up, and I certainly don’t take medication. Being dedicated to a breatharian diet, immunity is important for survival. I believe in building up the body and to live and sustain on pure energy. There is a lot of negative energy out there, and so you have to really know what you’re doing when you are working in the transmutation of negative energy into positive energy. I still like to keep up on some enjoyable things that I like in my day, such as teatime. I do want to make sure that anything and everything that I do adds to my health.

Matcha is a mood booster. Grouchy? Feeling like the claws are getting ready to come out? Drink a cup! It is also great for detoxing and cleansing the body and its system which once a month I do a seven day water fast. We are doing a water fast now on Facebook but I had already began one on my own just a little prior. It’s okay though. It adds an extra few days to the challenge! I always say that I’m not a fan of the taste of water. I like that it is refreshing especially with some ice. But drinking too much of it does make me nauseous. So I like to break it up a little bit. Matcha tea is a great way to introduce antioxidants into your water fast.

Matcha helps the immunity so much that it fights disease and illness even as severe as Cancer. Are you looking to shed some pounds too? Matcha works with your metabolism which is responsible for the body weight and can help you to lose a few pounds each week when adding it to your diet with moderate exercise.

Matcha is also great for healing colds, as well as clearing your skin and improving its overall condition.

Prep and recip!

I grind my own. But, the green color can stain so I use a piece of spear in gloss in my spice grinder so as not to ruin it, as you can see in the above photo. You can get it in a fine powder or in the form of pure tea leaves. I think both are great but I prefer the tea leaves because I can energetically place my own intentions into my cup, while enjoying the beverage both! I get to put a little extra magic in there for me.

Sometimes I use agave, or honey. Sometimes I drink it plain. I have tried lemon but it wasn’t my thing. I like it sweet or natural. We do a theme hour everyday with many things to “spice” life up and Matcha has been a part of that a few times during tea hour.

Have fun with your life. And hey, if you ever are down for tea time long distance style with me, you know what time to reach out now. I even have a tea time chat session for an advising session on my site now too! Become a member of the site for free. Download the Wix app for spiritual services. Afterwords you can look into member services and bookings, and that’s where you’ll find it. I have a lot of other hidden Easter eggs there, that many may enjoy.
